Scott McDonald

Scott McDonald brings his expertise in operational management, strategic business planning, and entrepreneurship to the classroom and into the field as the Director of Executive Education. He focuses on nurturing an entrepreneurial mindset among undergraduates, and guiding graduate students in strategic project management, always with a focus on real-world application and collaboration.

In addition to his teaching credentials, Professor McDonald brings over 20 years of comprehensive business experience, including being one of the top 10% of managers for U.S. Bank, managing a $40-million Target Store, to serving as a contributing member to advisory councils, professional affiliations, and volunteer organizations.

His current research focuses on using experiential learning, sales and customer service, operations management, team building, human relations, and entrepreneurship.
